Returns Policy

Our returns policy is as follows:

For all online purchases you have the right to cancel within 14 days with no reason, under the distance selling regulations.  The item being returned must be unused, in original packaging or with tag.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return postage to be paid by the customer and goods returned within 14 days to:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe receipt of the return ( proof of postage). Once the goods are received, Variedby Ltd will refund the amount of the returned goods within 14 days.

Faulty Goods should be advised to Variedby immediately following the same process as above, in this scenario the return postage will be refunded by Variedby also.

We will only accept returns from the buyer.
