Why are our products so cheap?

We can supply our customers with excellent prices because we purchase in bulk and keep our overhead costs down. Our MD is always looking for opportunities when businesses are closing down, selling excess stock or Grade A returns that’s when we can purchase high street to designer brands at a discount. A discount we are pleased to extend to our customers.

Can I return an item?

For all online purchases you have the right to cancel within 14 days with no reason, under the distance selling regulations. The item being returned must be unused, in original packaging or with tag. For more information about returning an item, view our returns policy.

How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Your items will arrive within one week of purchase. We ship straight to your door during any working day.

Where is my order?

Shipping your items will take up to 1 week. If your wait time exceeds 1 week then please contact us we can let you know how long you can expect to wait and offer a discount on your next purchase.
